BREATH
The breath work techniques used in each meditation series are based in the science of the nervous systems, limbic system, brain and respiratory system.
Breath supports the sense presence in stillness - life in harmony with itself.
Intelligent sequencing and cues for the mind, body and heart each session is designed on an individual basis considering each person’s unique health and lifestyle goals. This guided sequence turns volume down on thoughts to bring focus and reconnection to the mind-body-spirit wholly.
MEDITATION
Through a variety of lineages (practices), pillars of meditation, Buddhist teachings expand presence. Starting or building a personal daily practice shifts stress and challenge to a more peaceful relationship with the
whole of life.
Each session provides a guided meditation to bring the body’s innate relaxation response back online. This style of guided meditation is an experienced relaxation session intended to invoke calm and relax much like a nap, light sleep or deeply rested state.
Each time we sit in stillness, we build a sustainable capacity to dissolve stress. Assisting the body in releasing tension and recalibrate balance, restore well-being, support overall health. Blending pillars of meditation techniques - breath, visualization, movement, silence encourage stillness to move inward - return to the essential relationship with self.
Science has proven that the practice of meditation has beneficial lasting physiological and physical effects. The practice builds sustaining the most important relationship we will have, the one with ourselves.
MOVEMENT
Life is movement, movement is Life.
If we’re not moving.
Some part of us is not living.
With cues for the heart and mind a blend of gentle stretching, yogic lineages in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and QiGong support a sense of wholeness, clearing density and stagnation from the body and its systems.
Sessions are empowering with calming elements that emphasize the benefits of classical teachings.
Bringing awareness through the body with movement as the bridge to discernment, inner knowledge, intuition and resolve.
