Small Group Meditation + Connection

In this small group setting online, we meet live only. Together we will create a path of support that will provide techniques and processes with ample space to lean into learning how to see and be with your life in a more conscious and compassionate way. Each week teachings and topics such as discovering wisdom within emotions, strength of your kind awareness, less judgement and more discernment, and conversation to make topics relevant to your life.

With personal attention and support for mapping new reference points. Simplify sustainable methods that shift patterns, replace autopilot with agency, live more fully - with freedom.

A blend of techniques and teachings of contemplative practice, meditation, neuro-informed breath work, gentle seated movement. Support for creating more easeful relationship to your internal landscape and external world.

Insight Immersion

Deeper listening for transformation.
12 Weeks, 1:1
Highest personal support, this immersion meets you where you are, as you are with deep support and guidance for creating foundational transformation in personal and work life. With guidance how to best truly know and care for yourself. Invitations to connect within and simplify methods to return to your core values. 

After mentorship completion optional single sessions to support your continued path.

Meditation Mentorship

Yoga, Reiki

Conscious movement, inner stillness for health and healing.
6 Weeks, 1:1
With a range of modalities for the body, mind, heart through blend of yoga lineages of Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga and a catalogue of techniques for clearing density and stagnation from the body and its systems and the mind.

Cultivating awareness through the body and mind with movement and stillness these methods assist meeting where you are, as you are.

Sessions are empowering with calming elements.
