Nina Skowronski is a teacher, mentor, integrative health practitioner and visual artist with twenty-eight years of experience working at the intersection of somatic practice, contemplative inquiry, and personal development.

She is the author of The Path: Meditations for the Inner Life, a field guide with contemplative practices that helps readers access the hidden wisdom present in everyday encounters.

Through group meditation facilitation and one-to-one mentorship Nina has developed a compassionate voice for bridging challenge and accessibility for everyday people navigating transition, chronic illness, and a guide for the ease and grace of living and dying.

Nina is a facilitator and guide focused on personal growth, mindfulness, physical and emotional health for 28 years. She mentors on an one-to-one basis and an online meditation community and in-person sessions as a Reiki Master. She is a licensed massage therapist, non-practicing.

Through venerable teachers and a devoted studentship, she has developed a supportive approach to the application and embodiment of self-inquiry and grounding practices. 

The practice of yoga, meditation, integrative health and seasonal living serve as a foundation for her own centeredness and ability to facilitate a transformative experience in sessions.
